Pumpkins, a tea party, football and turning 41.

I'm not sure what prompted this chocolate milk tea party, but they set it up all by themselves.

Keeping with tradition, we had donuts on the morning of my 41st.

Ice cream cake for dessert.

Breaking bread. Wearing Pink. MSU vs. UofM. Stinky crab. Alice in Wonderland on a horse?

To keep busy before going back to work, I've been cooking and baking like crazy. Check out the inside of this loaf of bread I made.

For those of you that watch football, you are aware that the NFL players are all wearing pink socks to promote breast cancer awareness and fight for the cure. My boys begged us for a pair and wanted to wear them not only in their games but to school. So here they are off to school the day before the big MSU vs. Michigan game. Gracie fits into some of my clothes now, and that's my State shirt she's wearing!

Mason had a great game this Saturday with four touch downs. It must be the pink socks!

Gracie's hermit crab died - 3 weeks ago - so you can imagine the stench it's putting out. This is her getting ready to retrieve and bury her lost pet and clean out its cage. Notice the tape on her nose, too.

At the stable where Gracie rides they held some fun activities this weekend. One was a costume class. Gracie was Alice in Wonderland. Here she is riding someone else's horse, dressed up as a Michigan fan, for a game of bobbing for apples on horseback.

This is Gracie on Lefty for the costume contest. We forgot his (the horses) matching costume :( so she didn't win but she had fun anyway.

This horse is dressed as a unicorn with a ballerina rider.

Pocahontas.

Untacking not even caring that she didn't win one single game. Gracie just loves to be on the back of a horse.

16 Year's!

Bryan and I usually don't need a reason to get a sitter and go on a date. This night was particularly special, however, because we celebrated sixteen years of marriage. We've been together for a total of 24! Amazing.

This has absolutely nothing to do with our anniversary, LOL. But everything to do with how goofy my boys can be. The white masks are from Fowlerville's homecoming - not sure the significance of them - but Mason was dressed in all black UnderArmor for his own football game last week and somehow this happened :)

Check out Gracie jumping! Oh my nerves! This is Lefty, a quarter horse that belongs to the equestrian barn she goes to. I can't believe that's my baby girl.

Gracie thought this was funny and wanted me to post it.

Coffee time at Alyssa's house with the girls. Tammi and Kathy.

A busy September.

We have been busy, busy, busy. Carson and Mason are playing flag football. Bryan coaches Carson's team. Mason's team name is the Gladiator's and Carson's is the Spartans. Gracie joined a hip hop dance class with her favorite peeps and has kept up her riding. She even took a sewing class at Joanne Fabric's where she made pajama pants. One fun thing we did today as 'just girls' was go to Starbucks. It was Gracie's first. She ordered a froofy coffee (decaf of course) and then we walked around the mall. Sooo' fun.

Jessy, Olivia, Jessica and Gracie model their pajama pants they made.

Mason at his first game of the season.

Bryan coaching and Carson is to the far right ready to hike the ball.

Mason's team - he's #4 in the huddle.

My dear friends Deano and Jenny Parmenter and their son Michael - he's on Mason's team.

More great friends. Mike and Michele Perry with their son Maverick that is on Carson's team.

Gracie and her friends at hip hop class. Megan, Olivia and Lauren. Does anyone else notice a similarity in the girls' shirts? :)

Me and one of my best peeps M.

Gracie and Morgan Perry goofing around with our coffee's.

Bryan and I on a date night. Soooo' fun.

And here's a scroungy coyote that hangs around in our front yard. We hear them often in the backyard at night but this was the first time one hung out in the middle of the day. We keep a close eye on Marci of course.
